Important Notice on Third-Party Event Information

This calendar is published by Livingston Hotel Sandakan for general visitor information and trip-planning convenience only. Event details are summarised from publicly available sources. Although reasonable care is taken when selecting and presenting listings, the hotel does not independently control event organisers or guarantee that every listing is complete, current or suitable for an individual visitor. Dates, venues, schedules, routes, registration status, ticket availability, fees and other arrangements may change, be postponed or be cancelled.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all listed events are organised and managed by independent third parties. Livingston Hotel Sandakan is not the event organiser, ticket seller, registration agent, sponsor or representative of those organisers. Listing an event or linking to an external website does not mean that the hotel endorses, guarantees or is affiliated with the event or website.

Visitors must verify event details directly with the relevant organiser before making travel plans, registering, purchasing tickets, making payments or attending. Any registration, ticket purchase, payment, refund request or event-related query must be handled directly with the relevant organiser or authorised ticket provider, not through the hotel.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Livingston Hotel Sandakan disclaims responsibility for third-party event arrangements, changes, cancellations, ticketing, payments and organiser decisions. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any rights, duties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If an event source becomes unavailable, details appear inconsistent, or an event cannot be adequately verified, the listing may be amended or removed.
